Why do we charge per year?

Your annual fee covers hosting, support, license of the TempleDene system, updates to the system, improvements and occasional bug fixes etc.

We anticipate customers will stay with us for at least 3 years, so we split the costs involved in designing your website by 3. Our annual charge is a small gamble that you will remain a TempleDene customer. If you have to leave us before those 3 years are up, we will be out of pocket, but we trust that our easy to use powerful system, and our willing and friendly support, will want you to remain our loyal client.

Remember, with TempleDene we are here to support you no matter how trivial a problem. We will willing update your site for you and will suggest changes, when required, to your website content to help you stay high in the search rankings.

After 3 years with TempleDene, we offer customers an inclusive complete redesign or makeover of their site. We feel that 3 years with the same look is about average, and would then recommend that your site has a redesign or makeover to keep the website looking updated and fresh.
